One&Only The Palm in Dubai welcomed the opening of Casea 101 on October 19, 2026, a new waterfront restaurant from acclaimed French chef Yannick Alléno that brings the spirit of the French Riviera and the Italian coast to the city.

The menu centres on seafood and seasonal produce, with seafood towers, Italian-style raw seafood crudos, fire-cooked catches of the day and wood-fired pizzas prepared in an open kitchen taking centre stage. Many of the dishes are designed for sharing, reflecting the relaxed, social dining culture found along Europe's coastal towns.

The restaurant's design draws on Mediterranean seaside pavilion architecture, combining warm woods, natural textures, sun-washed tones and curved forms to evoke a laid-back coastal holiday atmosphere. Built directly over the water, Casea 101 is also accessible by boat from the marina, adding to its resort-style appeal.

The opening marks a new culinary chapter for One&Only The Palm, located on Palm Jumeirah, which has long been home to several well-known dining concepts. Alléno, a chef with multiple Michelin stars to his name, is known internationally for his refined take on French cuisine, and his arrival adds further weight to Dubai's growing reputation as a global fine-dining destination.

Casea 101 joins a wave of new restaurant openings across Dubai in October 2026, offering seafood and coastal-cuisine lovers a fresh addition to the city's dining scene.
