Dubai's Global Village, one of the emirate's biggest cultural and entertainment destinations, reopened its gates on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, for season 31. The season will run through May 2027 and brings together 29 national pavilions representing more than 90 cultures.
Among this year's changes, Sri Lanka now has its own standalone pavilion after previously sharing space with Bangladesh, while Azerbaijan joins Russia in a newly redesigned combined pavilion. The facades of the Syria and Kuwait pavilions have also been refreshed for the new season.
The park offers more than 200 attractions this season, ranging from immersive arcade games and family-friendly entertainment to thrill rides for guests of all ages. A new roller coaster is set to be introduced later in the season for adrenaline seekers. Returning crowd favourites include the Dragon Kingdom, the Horror Hotel, Secrets of the Lost City and Exo Planet City.
On the food and retail side, Turkish eatery Trabzon joins the lineup, while the Restaurant Plaza welcomes three new concepts: Levantine Robo Al Sham, Egyptian brand Hawawshi Al Rabie, and fried-chicken outlet Chicking. Three new cafés — Vinci Dolci, Emir Bey Gourmet and Uzungol Café — have also opened their doors.
Global Village continues to host more than 3,500 shopping outlets and over 250 dining options, reaffirming its place as one of Dubai's most-visited cultural and leisure destinations during the emirate's cooler months.
