Dubai-based developer Samana has unveiled a new luxury brand, Samana Collecta, marking the company's formal entry into the city's high-end property segment with a dedicated platform for selective, design-led developments. October 19, the brand's flagship project will rise on The World Islands, with a total development value exceeding Dh4 billion. The scheme comprises 840 branded residential units, alongside seven floating villas and two tree villas. Units range from studios to four-bedroom apartments, all offering sea views, with entry-level pricing expected to start below Dh2 million.
The development is planned to include multiple private beaches, lagoons, swimming pools, a beach club, water-sports facilities, a spa, a gym, co-working spaces, and retail and dining outlets. A yacht shuttle service is expected to run every 30 minutes between the island and the mainland.
Samana chief executive Imran Farooq said the new brand reflects the company's next phase of growth. "Samana Collecta is about what comes next... with a sharper focus on location, design, experience and the way people want to live," he said.
The launch comes as Dubai's property market continues to see sustained demand for luxury and island-based developments, prompting major developers to roll out dedicated premium brands to capture a segment of buyers seeking more exclusive, lifestyle-oriented residences away from the city's mass-market towers.
