Insiders of Dubai, a digital platform built for real estate agents, has opened registration to agents across the UAE, offering a single workspace for property inventory access, AI-powered sales and marketing tools, client registration, deal tracking and commission management.
Under the platform's model, agents keep 90 per cent of commission from their very first deal, rising to 100 per cent once they exceed Dh400,000 in gross annual commission. A "FastPay" option lets agents draw a commission advance within seven days of closing, while a 21-day onboarding programme is offered to agents new to the platform. Referral partners can also earn up to 50 per cent commission.
Aigul Bykov, Head of Agent Network at Insiders of Dubai, said agents earn the buyer's trust and carry out the hardest part of every deal, yet the tools, the inventory and most of the commission have traditionally stayed with the agencies rather than the individuals doing the work.
The launch comes as Dubai's property market continues to see rising competition between independent agents and established agencies, with digital platforms increasingly positioning themselves around more transparent commission structures and faster onboarding for agents entering the sector, aiming to shift more of the value created in each transaction toward the agents themselves.
