The lineup for this year's Yasalam After-Race Concerts, presented by Etisalat and held alongside the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, has changed, with rock band Kings of Leon replacing Swedish pop artist Zara Larsson on the opening night. The concert series runs from December 2 to 6 at Yas Island, spanning Yas Marina Circuit and Etihad Live. Wednesday, December 2 opens with Andrea Bocelli as part of the Yasalam Classics segment. On Thursday, December 3, Kings of Leon will share the stage with Lewis Capaldi, taking the slot originally earmarked for Larsson. Friday, December 4 brings performances from Jennifer Lopez and Alex Warren, Saturday, December 5 features Imagine Dragons, and the weekend closes on Sunday, December 6 with The Chainsmokers and The Script. Additional sets from Anyma, Black Coffee, CamelPhat and Shimza are scheduled across the week.
Organisers have not disclosed why Larsson withdrew from the lineup, but said Kings of Leon's addition gives rock fans a strong draw for the opening night. Tickets for the concerts are bundled with Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket packages, with upgrade options available for fans who want access to the after-race shows.
