The 10th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge runs from October 31 to November 29, bringing a line-up of new venues and activities to the city's annual citywide fitness drive. Known for its "30 minutes of movement for 30 days" message, the challenge has recorded more than 16 million participations across its first nine editions.
Among this year's additions is the DP World 30x30 Fitness Village at Kite Beach, which brings together golf and football simulators, a multi-hoop basketball zone and a cricket arena in one beachfront location. At Zabeel Park, Dubai Municipality has set up a new three-tier gym combining boxing and MMA training, HIIT circuits, yoga and Pilates sessions, a dedicated children's fitness area, cricket arenas and padel courts.
Organisers have also moved the challenge's group yoga session from its previous sunset slot at Zabeel Park to a new sunrise format at DIFC Gate, pairing a 30-minute yoga practice with guided breathwork and a sound bath. Al Warqa'a Park, meanwhile, has been set up as a family-oriented venue, offering a running and cycling track, an obstacle course and additional sports courts for this edition.
Registration for most Dubai Fitness Challenge activities is free, with sign-ups available through the event's official website. By spreading new venues and formats across the city, organisers are aiming to draw in a wider mix of participants this year — from residents chasing competitive sport challenges to families looking for lighter, more accessible ways to join Dubai's best-known annual fitness event.
