Dubai Investments has announced plans to float 20 per cent of its subsidiary DIP Holding through an initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market, in what will be the exchange's first IPO of the year. October 19, existing shareholders will offer 1.74 billion shares in the deal, with parent company Dubai Investments retaining an 80 per cent stake once the offering concludes.

Subscription is set to open on October 27 and close on November 3, with final pricing to be announced on November 4 and trading on the DFM beginning November 11. The company is projecting annualised dividends of Dh700 million for 2026, rising to Dh725 million in 2027 and Dh750 million in 2028.

DIP Holding owns and operates Dubai Investments Park, a mixed-use development near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port that has been running since 1997. The park currently hosts around 1,000 tenants and 5,700 subtenants, and is home to more than 150,000 residents across logistics, industrial, commercial and residential uses.

Chief executive Omar Al Mesmar described the listing as "an important milestone", saying it reflects "the strength and resilience" of the business's infrastructure-like model. Dubai Investments chairman Khalid bin Kalban said the project, which began as an ambitious vision, has grown into "a fully established and highly sought-after platform."

The listing adds to a wave of IPOs that have reshaped the Dubai Financial Market in recent years, as government-linked and family-owned businesses increasingly tap public markets to unlock value from mature, income-generating assets.
