Dubai Investments Park Development Co., a unit of Dubai Investments PJSC, is set to hold investor meetings between October 19 and 26 to gauge demand for a planned initial public offering. The roadshow could pave the way for the UAE's first listing since the regional war halted the country's equity markets for months.
Under the plan, a 24 per cent stake in the unit is expected to be floated. Dubai Investments Park spans roughly 2,300 hectares (8.9 square miles), making it one of the UAE's largest industrial and logistics zones. Based on figures reported around the transaction, the business could be valued at between Dh8 billion and Dh10 billion in the listing.
Dubai Investments had previously committed formally to pursuing the 24 per cent float before the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Citigroup, Emirates NBD Capital and HSBC have been named as banks working on the potential transaction, though final terms have not been disclosed.
Market watchers view the move as a sign of returning confidence in UAE capital markets after a turbulent stretch, with large IPOs in Dubai and Abu Dhabi having served as a key channel for attracting international investors in recent years. Should the offering proceed as planned, Dubai Investments Park would become one of the first major companies to list on the UAE market since regional tensions disrupted dealmaking, a milestone that bankers say could open the door for further listings from other Dubai-based firms in the months ahead.
