Dubai Investments, one of the largest listed holding companies on the Dubai Financial Market, has opened a share sale offering 20 per cent of its subsidiary DIP Holding, aiming to raise up to $543 million, equivalent to roughly Dh2 billion. The subscription period runs from October 27 to November 3, marking the UAE's first initial public offering of 2026 and signalling renewed momentum in the region's listing market after a slowdown driven by geopolitical tensions and volatile oil prices. shares are priced between Dh1.10 and Dh1.15, implying a market capitalisation of Dh9.5 billion to Dh10 billion ($2.6 billion to $2.7 billion). Trading is expected to begin on the Dubai Financial Market on November 11.
Dubai Investments said eligible shareholders will receive the full second-half 2026 dividend rather than only a prorated amount from the date of listing. The company projects substantial annual dividend distributions in coming years, implying a yield of between 7 and 7.6 per cent for investors.
Market analysts view the listing as a significant test of investor appetite following a quiet period for Gulf IPOs, and say a successful debut could pave the way for additional listings on the Dubai Financial Market in the coming months.
